Munee’s OOTD: Distressed Denim

Happy Wednesday!!! It’s the hump day and I’m excited to share with you today’s: OOTD! Who loves denim? Who loves distressed denim? I’m so in love with distressed jeans. The detail can be dramatic, where there are big holes or small and there are slits just big enough to show off the top of your knee. The distressed detail always give my outfit an edgy, street look. Today I’m bringing you these stunning pair of distressed jeans with a little flare to add for a flirty look.

These jeans make a cool urban style for a summer day. You may be thinking it’s too hot to wear jeans, luckily there are plenty of ways to make them work, even during the hottest of days. You will have to keep a few things in mind when wearing jeans, for example what top you decide to wear with the jeans, the style, cut of the jeans, and the weight of the fabric. Once you have that figured out, they can be worn with almost anything you want.

Of course these jeans are not appropriate for work. We can’t wear ripped and distressed denim during office hours. So the best thing is to save them for the weekends. You can wear them out to the park, picnic on the beach, or just to a restaurant for brunch.

I bought these jeans from “Plastics Boutique” an online clothing boutique owned by my girl Angel. I love her clothes, and every time I get a chance to purchase I do! She is also local, in the Cleveland area, so if I need to pick an item up I can.

I added this green crop top and all white tennis shoes to bring the look together for something casual This top is from SheIn Official. I am surprised I’ve never bought anything from them before. But I’m so happy I did. They’re prices are reasonable and the fit is great.

This street-style look is perfect for this season. The color I’ve been rocking lately is green. It symbolizes abundance, growth, and luck all things I’ve been manifesting in my life. Hope you enjoyed this ootd and can’t wait to show you more in the future!
